140 opium plants found in flowerbeds of Rohtak university, police launch probe

About 140 opium plants were discovered hidden among ornamental flowerbeds at Dada Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts in Rohtak, Haryana. The police and the horticulture department are investigating the illegal cultivation, and the university has formed a committee to identify those responsible and determine how the plants went undetected.
