'Forced conversions and marriages': Minorities facing persecution in Pakistan, government informs Parliament

The Union government told Parliament there have been reports of violence and discrimination against minority communities, including Hindus, in Pakistan. Many Hindus are reportedly migrating from Sindh province due to intimidation, abduction, forced conversions and forced marriages. Hindu migrants in India can apply for Long Term Visas and seek permanent settlement and Indian citizenship.
