Indian leads study that could usher in diabetic astronauts

Research aimed at enabling insulin-dependent diabetic individuals to travel to space is a key task for India's Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla in the Axiom-4 mission. The project focuses on gathering and assessing accurate blood glucose data in orbit. Another focus is investigating microgravity effects and testing crop seeds' viability for future space missions.
