Pocso case: K'taka HC stays summons against Yediyurappa

The Karnataka High Court stayed the trial court's decision to take cognizance of charges against former Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa and three others in a Pocso Act case. The stay, pending further hearings, exempts them from personal appearances following an appeal that questioned the complaint's validity.
