Saturday, 8 March 2025 In a surprising turn of events in Madhya Praesh's Ratlam, a man, deemed to be in coma, walked out of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on his own and exposed an alleged medical fraud done by the private hospital where he was admitted.
India has crossed 7,000 active COVID-19 cases, with Kerala reporting the highest spike and three new deaths. The XFG variant, a sub-lineage of Omicron with strong immune evasion, has been detected across the country, raising global alarm. Originating in Canada, the variant carries four spike protein mutations.
