'False' toll fee deduction? NHAI cracks the whip

The NHAI has penalized toll collectors in 250 cases, imposing a Rs 1 lakh fine for each violation. This measure has significantly reduced such cases by 70%, with ongoing investigations and refunds issued for verified false deductions.
