Compensation must be paid to construction workers affected due to GRAP curbs: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court of India directed Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan to compensate construction workers affected by the implementation of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in Delhi-NCR. The states must use funds collected as labour cess for compensation, even without specific court orders.
