In novel Maha Kumbh declaration, UP to support state’s temples, mosques turn environment friendly

The 45-day Maha Kumbh concluded with a significant pledge by the UP government to support religious centres in becoming eco-friendly. Through the ‘Mahakumbh Declaration on Climate Change,’ it will assist temples, mosques, and other faith-based organisations in adopting renewable energy, waste management, water conservation, and other green initiatives to reduce their carbon footprint.
