Tuesday, 25 February 2025 Police have charged Bablu Yadav with culpable homicide for the car chase that led to Sutandra Chatterjee's death. The investigation is probing the roles of all car occupants. CCTV footage shows Chatterjee's car following Yadav's vehicle before the collision. Additionally, questions arise about why Chatterjee's group didn't report harassment during the chase.
