Triple engine? BJP gains edge in MCD as 3 AAP councillors switch

BJP has become the single largest party in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi after three AAP councillors defected to join them. This move increases BJP's strength to 116 from AAP's 114, positioning BJP favorably for the upcoming mayoral elections in April. The anti-defection law does not apply to MCD.
