Delhi court slams CBI for 'defiance' & 'veil of secrecy' over truth

A Delhi court criticised the CBI for failing to produce crime files in a Rs 2,435 crore bank fraud case involving CG Power and Industrial Solutions and its ex-promoter Gautam Thapar. The court suggested that the CBI might be hiding material evidence and demanded the crime files be presented in the next hearing, scheduled for February 21.
