5 of 31 Maoists killed in Chhattisgarh encounter carried cumulative bounty of Rs 25 lakh

Bastar police have identified five out of 31 Maoists killed in an encounter in Bijapur district. The operation, which took place in the Indravati National Park area, resulted in the recovery of 31 Maoist bodies, including 11 women. The police continue to search for more possible causalities.
