Rape case fabricated, 3 get court relief after 4 years in jail

A fast track court in Dehradun acquitted three men who were jailed for four years on false rape charges under the Pocso Act. The court found the woman was in a consensual relationship with one of the accused and fabricated the case when he refused to divorce his wife.
