High court imposes password rider for pre-arrest bail to rape accused in Madhya Pradesh

The Madhya Pradesh HC granted anticipatory bail to an engineer accused of rape, ordering him to hand over passwords of his electronic gadgets and social media accounts to police. He must also provide all intimate photos of the complainant, who accused him of violating her privacy from 2010 to 2018.
