Speaking at the IIC-Bruegel annual seminar, Jaishankar highlighted the selective application of principles in global conflicts, particularly regarding democracy and military rule. He discussed the need to refresh economic and political frameworks, noting the era of multipolarity and rebalancing. He affirmed that the India-EU relationship is vital, particularly in defense, security, and technology cooperation.
India is racing against time to seal a crucial trade agreement with the United States before the 90-day pause on reciprocal tariffs ends on July 9. External Affairs Minister S.
