GRAP 3 curbs revoked in Delhi-NCR amid dip in pollution

The Centre's panel on Delhi-NCR's air quality has revoked stage 3 curbs of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) amid improved air quality. The decision follows favourable meteorological conditions that reduced pollution levels, including strong winds and rain. Restrictions on non-essential construction and certain vehicle uses were lifted.
