Celebration gone wrong: 16-year-old shot during birthday party in Patna; friends flee after dropping him at hospital

A 16-year-old boy, Rishu Kumar, was fatally shot during a celebratory firing at a birthday party in Patna's Shri Krishnapuri area. The incident occurred on Monday night at a lodge, where five to six teenagers had gathered. Rishu was shot in the neck with an unlicensed pistol. His friends fled the scene, and the police are currently investigating.
