An IIM-Bangalore professor's caste discrimination complaint against the director and dean has been upheld by a state investigation. The probe found that the professor's caste was revealed in an email and he was denied equal opportunities. IIM-Bangalore claims the allegations arose after his promotion was halted due to harassment complaints against him by students, which an internal inquiry upheld.
