IMD issues red alert for four districts in Kerala; heavy rains expected on Dec 2

The India Meteorological Department has issued a red alert for four districts in Kerala, including Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, and Kannur, predicting extremely heavy rainfall on December 2. The State Disaster Management Authority advises residents in landslide-prone areas and along riverbanks to relocate. Traffic regulation and caution against waterlogging have also been recommended.
