Judicial panel to probe Sambhal violence; ASI to file report today

The UP government has formed a three-member judicial panel, led by retired HC judge Justice D K Arora, to investigate the Nov 24 violence in Sambhal. The panel will examine if the violence was a criminal act or a planned conspiracy, and evaluate the policeβs response.
