Manipur: Protesters force government employees to vacate offices in Imphal

Volunteers from a Manipur civil society organization initiated a two-day shutdown of government offices, forcing employees to leave. COCOMI student wing members entered various government buildings, including the secretariat and transport office, demanding employees vacate. Security forces were deployed but protesters still managed to lock some offices, holding officials responsible for the ongoing violence and unrest.
