Himachal HC nullifies appointment of parliamentary secretaries, demands immediate withdrawal of facilities

The Himachal Pradesh High Court has declared the appointment of six chief parliamentary secretaries as unconstitutional. Twelve BJP MLAs challenged the appointments, arguing that the state government overstepped its authority by creating offices not recognized by the Constitution. The court agreed, voiding the appointments and ordering the immediate withdrawal of any benefits or facilities they received.
