Centre nod to 1st all-woman CISF battalion

The Ministry of Home Affairs has given the green light for the first all-woman battalion in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). This elite force, comprising 1,025 personnel, will undergo specialized training to handle VIP security, airport security, and Delhi Metro duties. The battalion will be strategically stationed, likely in the Delhi-NCR region, for rapid deployment during emergencies.
