Imphal valley faces complete shutdown amid protests over alleged Jiribam abductions

Thirteen civil society organizations in Manipur have called for a 24-hour shutdown, demanding the rescue of six people allegedly abducted in Jiribam. The shutdown comes amidst a surge in clashes between armed groups, resulting in fatalities and disappearances.
