CPI leader D Raja extends wishes to Atishi on becoming Delhi CM

CPI leader D Raja congratulated Atishi on her appointment as Delhi's new chief minister after Arvind Kejriwal announced his resignation. Kejriwal proposed Atishi as his successor in a meeting with AAP MLAs, who elected her as their leader. He will meet LG VK Saxena to tender his resignation, with Atishi expected to take the oath soon.
