NMC initiates process to create database of all practising docs

The National Medical Commission (NMC) has launched the process to create the National Medical Register (NMR), a centralised database of practising doctors in India. Linked with Aadhaar IDs, it will include essential details and ensure authenticity. The NMR aims to provide comprehensive data on over 13 lakh doctors for various medical institutions and authorities.
