One nation, one poll idea not pragmatic, says Congress

Congress criticized the one nation-one election proposal as impractical, questioning how long the government would continue testing public opinion with selective information. TMC and CPI also opposed it, calling it a gimmick. Congress spokesperson Supriya Shrinate pointed out that there has been no draft or discussion on this issue from the government.
