Hooda says Congress coming to power in Haryana, asks criminals to give up crime or leave state

Former Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda announced that Congress will form the next government and aims to make Haryana developed and safe. He warned criminals to stop their activities or leave the state before October 8, when poll results are declared. Hooda also promised job creation, pension schemes, free electricity, and affordable gas cylinders.
