Congress releases fourth list of five candidates for J&K polls

The Congress has unveiled its fourth list of five candidates for the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections, making a total of 39 declared candidates. Partnering with the National Conference, they will contest on a seat-sharing basis—32 seats for Congress and 51 for NC. The elections are set for three phases starting September 18, with results on October 8.
