The Kerala High Court criticized the state government for its lack of action on the Hema Committee report addressing sexual harassment in the Malayalam film industry. The court ordered the state to hand over the sealed report to a Special Investigative Team and explore legislative measures to end sexual exploitation in unorganized sectors.
