Government doctor, an ace box cutter, key accused in UP paper leak: STF

The UP STF filed its first chargesheet in the UP police constable exam paper leak case, naming 18 individuals including government doctor Shubham Mandal. Mandal's expertise in unsealing question paper boxes without breaking the seal was noted. He was previously involved in a NEET paper leak case in 2017 along with his friend from Patna Medical College.
