Sri Lankan Navy arrests four Tamil Nadu fishermen for 'trespassing'

On Tuesday, the Sri Lankan Navy apprehended four fishermen from Pudukkottai in Tamil Nadu. They were alleged to have crossed the maritime border near Delft Island in Northern Sri Lanka while fishing. The arrested fishermen are identified as K. Parthiban (32), K. Sarathy (23), K. Murali (42), and N. Ramadoss (52). The Lankan Navy has seized their boat and transported it to the Kankesanthurai Naval Camp.
