Porsche case: 2 JJB members get panel's notice for 'improper conduct'

Finding "serious lapses" in the judgment of two Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) members in the Porsche crash case, Maharashtra women and child development commissioner Prashant Narnaware Saturday issued a show-cause notice against them. A five-member committee, constituted by the women and child welfare department, investigated the overall conduct of the two state-appointed members and checked if norms were followed in the case. The two members have four days to respond to the notice.
