BJP ministers Shantanu Thakur and Sukanta Majumdar from West Bengal have murder charges against them. Suresh Gopi, Bandi Sanjay Kumar, and Jual Oram also face criminal charges. Additionally, Amit Shah and Giriraj Singh have cases of hate speech.
