Voter turnout at 63.37% in Phase-6; female voters outnumber male 2nd time in a row: EC

Female voters outnumbered male voters by 3% in the sixth phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2024, with a turnout of 63.37%. Data released by the Election Commission revealed West Bengal had the highest turnout at 82.71%, while UP had the lowest at 54.04%. This follows the previous trend when the female voters surpassed the male by 1.52% in Phase 5.
