NCERT drops all portions on Mughals and Delhi Sultanate from Class 7 textbooks; adds Maha Kumbh, Char Dham Yatra

NCERT officials have said these are only the first part of the textbook and a second part is expected in the coming months. They, however, did not comment on whether the dropped portions would be retained in the second part of the book.
