German Adriano Llangari Inga, an Ecuadorian illegal immigrant, has been taken into ICE custody after being linked to a fatal Drunk driving crash in Minnesota that claimed the life of Victoria Eileen Harwell. Despite twice ignored ICE detainers by Hennepin County, authorities finally arrested Inga following months of evasion.
