Kai-Ji Adam Lo, 30, is facing multiple second-degreemurder charges after a deadly attack at Vancouver's Lapu Lapu Day festival. Lo allegedly drove a black SUV through a crowd at the festival, killing at least 11 people and injuring dozens more, including a five-year-old. Lo, known to law enforcement for his mental health history, was arrested at the scene. Police have confirmed there was no immediate interaction with Lo before the event, and investigations are ongoing. This incident is considered one of Vancouver’s darkest days.
