Jade Louise Jones is a Welsh former taekwondo athlete, who is now training as a boxer. As a Taekwondo competitor in the –57kg category, she is a two-time Olympic gold medallist, a one-time world champion (2019), and a three-time European champion. Jones also won two gold medals at the European Games and ten gold medals in World Grand Prix events. In 2012, she had the distinction of winning Great Britain's first ever taekwondo gold medal at an Olympic games.
