Central University of Jammu is a Central University in the Samba district of the Jammu division of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It was established through an Act of Parliament: "The Central Universities Act, 2009" by Govt. of India. It started functioning from 2011. Dr. Sudhir Singh Bloeria was first Vice Chancellor of the university.
