Emil Joseph Bove III is an American attorney who is the designate to serve as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Bove has served as the principal associate deputy attorney general since 2025. He served as the acting U.S. deputy attorney general from January to March 2025.
