In a powerful statement at the UN, Russia's Deputy Permanent Representative, Maria Zabolotskaya, condemned Western countries for their "double standards" in addressing the global refugee crisis. A small plane crashed into the parking lot of a retirement home in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, shortly after takeoff, injuring all five people on board.
